Powerboosting Intent

Learned of an enhanced way to help the earth and it's inhabitants using heartfelt waves of intent combined with matter and action, thank you Erik and Kim. A kind and loving gesture done materially, say donating a warm coat to someone near you, then combined with the heartfelt thoughts to say, help someone in need somewhere else, will super boost the power of your intent, as say the parts combined are greater than the sum, so your thoughts combined with action, not only help someone here but also to where else  you send the thoughts of help to also.

How is it an idea with such clarity, can be so difficult to put into words?

Breathing with intent

I have been thinking about a few things that I have read and picked up here and there.

If our bodies are almost 70% water, water is enhanced by the power of positive thoughts and song, why aren't we singing all the time?
Masaru Emoto, thank you.

Not only should I be singing to my body, but also writing to it as well.
Thank  you Richard Wiseman

If depression and anxiety are an auto-immune thing, removing certain foods from your diet assist auto-immune dis-eases, won't you see some relief with altering your diet?
JJ Virgin, thank you.

Why wouldn't you put the best gas into your car, the car that gets you wherever you want to go, the car that keeps you safe and active, the car that is your body? Your car will run it's best and last longer if you put the best products in it. Also, if your motor is revving wouldn't you let off the pedal and breathe? Stop and check how your "engine is running."

Awareness leads to change and all that.

If your body is always keeping it's ph leveled, at any expense to your body,  your diet can help with the balancing act but so can breathing.  I recently read that oxygen and the blood lowers acidity just by breathing so, breathe breathe breathe!
Thank you Dr Alan Christianson

I am still processing the idea of the body's second brain - the intestines. Sounds smart to me.

I recently had the opportunity to attend Deepak Chopra's event in Seattle with my friend Cathie.
I came away with 2 things, during the meditation - our purpose for being here is to have experiences, the other; how beneficial breath is, meditate meditate meditate!
Thank you Deepak Chopra
Thank you Cathie for getting me there

If you can't be angry and happy at the same time, quick - think of something to be grateful for, it will chase your fear away. Depression is anger turned inward they say. Depression is an auto-immune thing, quick go drink some water and go eat something good for you too, and breathe.

I was fortunate to have myself attuned by a wonderful Reiki Master this summer. As I continue to practice Reiki, I breathe breathe breathe. I allow allow allow.
Allow the good. Allow the love. Allow Universal Energy. What a wonderful thing.
Thank you Eileen Day Wurst

These are some of the things that have been swirling in my head this summer, it keeps circling back to breathing. If the body is always breathing, why is it, I have to remind it to breathe deeper and longer? Aha, conscious breathing!
Breathing with intent.
Breathing with intent allows you to connect, make things happen and reflect.

Is it ready to put in the oven yet?

How does it feel, is what I ask myself when I hear something new. There are things that don't always make sense, but if you can stop analyzing with the brain and see how your insides are feeling about it, chances are if it feels good or feels like it is coming from a place of love, you are on to something right.
This blog is my space for places where I found some of the things that made some sense to me. Maybe the first time I was exposed to an idea, I wasn't sure.  The next time I came across it, was the right time to hear it and it made more sense to me. It might have been added to another idea I had been processing.  I do that a lot.  Put it in the mixing bowl and stir, maybe add a pinch of this or that and stir some more, taste it, adjust again maybe before putting it the oven.  That's me.
I am a work in progress and I enjoy watching people learn and progress too. Life is good - Eat Cake!
